This Vendor Evaluation Tool is developed to assess the sustainability performance of the NTPC vendors.

You are required to fill information pertaining to you organisation/ company for the FY. You are not supposed to report data for work being done for NTPC. It is important to fill the entire questionnaire and then final submit it.

1) Vendor evaluation metrics is based on three parameters; Compliance, Environmental Performance and Social Performance.

2) Compliance section covers statutory requirement related to following areas:
      Social Compliance
      Environmental Compliance
      Health and Safety Compliance.

3) Environmental Performance focuses on following areas:
Environment Management System
Energy and Emission
Water, waste water and effluents
Air Emission
Hazardous and non-hazardous waste
Chemical handling and management

4) Social Performance encompasses following key areas:
Workforce Management
Health and Safety
Community Engagement

5) Responder can choose 'Yes', 'No', and 'Not Applicable' as an option against each question depending upong the situation.

6) If responder selects 'Not Applicable' as response, that question will not be considered for evaluation.

7) In 'Remarks/Good Practices' column, responder may provide some exemplary practices followed at the facility.
